RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We want you to love your Deon Simone pieces.

Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 – 14 days of delivery
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
Sale items, custom pieces, and limited editions are final sale unless faulty

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

DAMAGE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS

Orders may only be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of purchase.

Once an order has entered processing, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.
